瓦楞紙板是由面紙、里紙、芯紙和加工成波形瓦楞的瓦楞紙通過粘合而成。根據(jù)商品包裝的需求,瓦楞紙板可以加工成單面瓦楞紙板、三層瓦楞紙板、五層、七層、十一層等瓦楞紙板。
Corrugated board is made of face paper, lining paper, core paper and corrugated paper processed into corrugated by bonding. According to the demand of commodity packaging, corrugated board can be processed into single-sided corrugated board, three-layer corrugated board, five layer, seven layer, eleven layer corrugated board.
不同波紋形狀的瓦楞,粘結(jié)成的瓦楞紙板的功能也有所不同。即使使用同樣質(zhì)量的面紙和里紙,由于楞形的差異,構(gòu)成的瓦楞紙板的性能也有一定區(qū)別。目前上通用的瓦楞楞形分為四種,它們分別是A型楞、C型楞、B型楞和E型楞。它們的技術(shù)指標(biāo)和要求見表一。A型楞制成的瓦楞紙板具有較好的緩沖性,富有一定的彈性,C型楞較A型楞次之。但挺度和抗沖擊性優(yōu)于A型楞;B型楞排列密度大,制成的瓦楞紙板表面平整,承壓力高,適于印刷;E型楞由于薄而密,更呈現(xiàn)了它的剛強(qiáng)度。
Different corrugations have different functions. Even if the same quality of face paper and inside paper are used, there are some differences in the performance of the corrugated board due to the difference of the corrugated shape. At present, there are four kinds of corrugating shapes in the world, they are A-type, C-type, B-type and E-type. Their technical indicators and requirements are shown in Table 1. The corrugated board made of A-type corrugated board has better cushioning and elasticity, followed by C-type corrugated board. But its stiffness and impact resistance are better than that of A-type corrugated board; B-type corrugated board has a large arrangement density, the surface of the corrugated board made is flat, the bearing pressure is high, and it is suitable for printing; E-type corrugated board is thin and dense, which shows its rigidity and strength.

紙箱的制造尺寸為制箱時的下料尺寸。制造尺寸以展開的箱坯上的壓線為度量的基準(zhǔn)。分切機(jī)上的壓痕輥在壓線位置上壓出的是一條溝, 壓線是這條溝槽的線。兩條壓線的距離就是制造尺寸。將制造尺寸轉(zhuǎn)換為內(nèi)、外徑尺寸可以通過表 2 速成,但它們也分別有自己的測量方法。
The manufacturing dimension of cartons is the cutting dimension during cartoning. The manufacturing dimension is measured by the pressing line on the expanded box blank. The indentation roll on the slitting machine presses out a groove at the pressing line position, and the pressing line is the center line of the groove. The distance between the two pressing lines is the manufacturing dimension. The conversion of manufacturing dimensions to internal and external dimensions can be done quickly in Table 2, but they also have their own measurement methods.

There are two kinds of corrugated boxes: single and double in the manufacturing process
單拼即一頁成型箱 , 一般用于周長較小的紙箱;雙拼也稱為二頁箱,有的紙箱周長太大,不得不用兩片箱坯拼湊一個紙箱,但有時紙箱廠為了利用生產(chǎn)過程中 裁切下來的余料,也會用兩片拼湊一個尺寸不算太大的紙箱,甚有時會用四片。二頁箱與一頁箱相比,多了一個接頭,因此兩者的面積 計算有一些細(xì)微的差別。
Single splicing refers to one page forming box, which is generally used for cartons with smaller perimeter; double splicing is also called two page box. Some cartons have too long perimeter, so they have to use two pieces of box blank to assemble a carton, but sometimes in order to make use of the surplus materials cut in the production process, the carton factory will also use two pieces to assemble a carton that is not too large, or even four pieces. Compared with one page box, two page box has one more joint, so there are some subtle differences in the area calculation between the two.
