設(shè)計瓦楞紙箱，一般要考慮三個尺寸：內(nèi)尺寸、外尺寸和制造尺寸。

一般，外尺寸=內(nèi)尺寸 *2*紙板厚度(考慮實際制造過程的厚度損失);制造尺寸=外尺寸-系數(shù)(系數(shù)一般取決于紙板的層數(shù)與材質(zhì))?，F(xiàn)實中還應(yīng)根據(jù)不同客戶的特點合理調(diào)整上下偏差。
